We needed to get a condo purchase done quickly to meet a very important deadline and he got the deal done from 'offer to settlement' in less than two weeks! He performed like it was a million dollar deal even though it was only a small condo purchase. I would highly recommend talking to Jerry before selecting an agent!

Jerry had a very good working knowledge of the area, property worth and the order and timing of buying and selling a home. He also was able to listen to what we wanted and counseling us in if homes met our criteria or not. When it came to selling our home, he got it on the market quickly and sold it quickly.

In the end Jerry put together an open house that was extremely well attended, and we got an offer within hours for more than our asking price. I'd recommend Jerry whether you are buying or selling.
